Looking Closely

Grateful. I am grateful for Brett Cortez, home inspector at Academy Home Inspections.

Over the years, I have met many home inspectors and experienced hundreds of home inspections. Brett is one of the best.

Having a home inspection is a wise idea, be it before or after offers are due.

I am grateful for Brett because he is knowledgeable and experienced.  Brett has inspected hundreds of properties and has nearly 40 years of direct involvement in the construction industry.

I am grateful for Brett because he is thorough. He does his job of carefully inspecting the property.

I am grateful for Brett because he is very good at communicating his findings to his client. A home inspector's job is to point out structural or mechanical issues or defects in a property. That can be a daunting task for an inspector, especially when the buyer is in love with the property. Credit Brett with saying what needs to be said. Further credit Brett for not being unnecessarily alarmist.

I am grateful for Brett because he is readily available before and during and after the home inspection to answer any questions.

A home inspector's job is to look closely at a property. I am grateful for Brett Cortez for looking closely. Grateful 24/7/365.
