Elmendorf Baking Supplies & Cafe - Cambridge, MA

The Boston baking community has new source for all their baking needs.  Elmendorf Baking Supplies & Café opened its East Cambridge storefront in late 2018. Owners Alyssa & Teddy Applebaum are no strangers to the Cambridge food service industry, both hailing from Formaggio Kitchen. They wanted a store that focused primarily on baking. The shelves are filled with an endless supply of baking dishes, cookbooks, in-house milled specialty grains, and a colorful array of sprinkles.

But Elmendorf is not just baking supplies.  he café offers delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches, a coffee bar, and countless bakery goodies.  It’s a very welcoming space with seating indoors and a handful of patios tables in season to enjoy your espresso and take in Cambridge Street.
