I am grateful for Alecia Marino, the Facilities and Office Operations Manager here at my Compass office in Harvard Square in Cambridge. No job is too big or too small for Alecia. Organizing an office breakfast or holiday party? Done with ease. Helping me deposit a check in escrow or sort out a paper jam at the copier? Alecia always has the answer.
Alecia is polished. She follows up and follows through. And she is positive and cheerful. It's always nice to see her when I arrive at the office. I am pretty sure my colleagues feel the same way.
