August has come and gone. We had several listings close in August for over the list price – some real heat in the summer market. That being said, the summer market overall is always a bit mellower than the spring market that precedes it and the fall market that follows.
I was fortunate to spend a few days on Martha's Vineyard at the end of August. Always a treat to take the ferry from Wood's Hole to MV.
