July is the heart of summer market. The market quiets down around the 4th of July and then moves at a mellower pace thereafter. That being said, it can still have pockets of heat. We had two single family listings in Somerville in July that generated multiple offers.
I sold my Vespa after 20+ years of ownership. Mixed feelings for sure. I have found with all the road construction in the area that I wasn't riding it so much any longer. The good news? I am walking more.
