Dado Tea is located in Mid Cambridge between Harvard Square and Central Square, at 955 Massachusetts Avenue.
The other Dado Tea at 50 Church Street in Harvard Square is now closed.
Glad to see the Mid Cambridge location lives on. The last few years have not been easy on such local businesses. I am even more grateful each time I go in Dado Tea that it is still open.
Dado serves fresh organic and wholesome foods – salads, sandwiches, multigrain speciality dishes, and healthy fusion Asian foods. They offer many gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Myself, I like their chicken wrap sandwich.
They also serve fine high grade loose tea, handcrafted freshly steeped iced tea, lemon and ginger teas, and bubble teas. Last but not least, they serve organic fair trade coffee and espresso drinks. I will vouch for the coffee here!
The owner – Namwon – is almost always behind the counter to greet and serve you. It really is nice to be warmly welcomed here. Coming back feels like coming home.
My Compass real estate office is located just up the street at 1100 Mass. Ave, so Dado Tea is a frequent port of call for me.
