The short answer is the following:
• Blankets of insulation (Fiberglass and Rockwool)
• Blown-in insulation (Cellulose and Fiberglass)
• Spray foam insulation (Open and Closed Cell)
• Foam board insulation (EPS, XPS and ISO)
